The five questions we answer most.
In-stock platforms leave Austin or Rotterdam the same business day when ordered before 14:00 local time. US delivery is typically three to five days, western Europe five days. Anything not in stock gets a written lead time before you order — we do not quote optimistic dates.
Every unit runs a 48-hour bench cycle: continuous cycling, joint torque sweep and a thermal log. The signed test record ships in the crate with the serial number on it. If a unit fails in the field, that page is the first thing we look at.
Twenty-four months on the platform, parts and labour, including freight both ways. Consumables — pads, belts, filters, grips — are covered for 90 days. Full policy in the newsroom, written without the usual hedging.
Yes. Terms of 24, 36 or 48 months, with scheduled maintenance and loaner cover included. Entry pricing is around $1,290 a month depending on platform and term; we will quote the exact figure rather than a range.
We ship worldwide. Duty, customs paperwork and freight are quoted up front, and for destinations without a regional warehouse the lead time includes transit. Ask before you assume a five-day delivery.
