Our Rotterdam warehouse is live. It carries finished platforms, the same spare parts list as Austin, and the diagnostic equipment needed to run a pre-delivery inspection on European soil.
What changes for EU customers
- Delivery. Five business days to most of western Europe, instead of three to four weeks.
- Duty. Handled at import, in the price you are quoted. No surprise invoice at the door.
- Spares. Actuators and batteries ship from Rotterdam, not from Texas.
- Service. Two field engineers based in the region, with a third joining in the first quarter.
What does not change
The bench routine. Every unit still runs 48 hours before it is packed, and every unit still ships with a signed test record. The location of the shelf changed; the standard did not.
Why Rotterdam and not somewhere cheaper
Because the port handles the freight, the customs broker is on site, and the airport is 20 minutes away when a part has to move fast. Warehouse rent is not the line item that determines whether a customer's robot is down for a week.
A regional warehouse is not a real estate decision. It is a commitment to hold inventory you cannot sell twice.
European customers can now book a demo in Rotterdam, and units purchased there are covered by the same 24-month warranty as everywhere else.
