Ask a reseller what happens when a knee actuator fails and listen carefully. If the answer involves the word "factory", the real answer is six to ten weeks.

What we hold

For every platform on this site: knee and hip actuators, wrist assemblies, foot pads, battery packs, camera modules, e-stop pendants and the harnesses that connect them. Quantities are shallow — two to four of each — but shallow and present beats deep and overseas.

The dispatch promise

  • In stock items: out the door same business day if ordered before 14:00 CT.
  • Consumables: pads and belts ship from the regional warehouse in 24 hours.
  • Anything we do not hold: we tell you the real lead time before you order, in writing.

How to tell whether a supplier really stocks parts

Three questions, none of which require technical knowledge:

  • What is the part number of a knee actuator for the model I am buying?
  • How many are on the shelf right now?
  • What is the shipping address they would come from?

A supplier who stocks parts answers all three in a sentence. A supplier who does not will explain that it depends.

The economics, briefly

Holding inventory costs us roughly 6 % of the parts value per year. A single week of customer downtime costs more than that in goodwill alone, before anyone counts the lost labour. It is not a generous policy; it is a cheap one.
